Unfortunately Cards by Pam can only accept orders from customers with a U.K. postal address.
Before you place your order, please contact us to ensure we have availability of your chosen product.
Simply complete the order form which is sent with your samples. If you haven’t received an order form simply contact us and we’ll post one out to you straight away.
Ordering is as easy as choosing your design, colour scheme, wording and font style.
When choosing the quantity of wedding stationery you require, we would advise ordering 10% extra invitations to allow for unforeseen errors when writing your cards and to allow for last minute guests.
We also recommend that you order all your stationery at the same time as this will reduce the risk of getting colour variations from different batches of card, ribbons etc.
When you fill out your order form simply return it to us along with your 50% deposit to secure your wedding stationery order.
If you would like your stationery to be delivered within 6 weeks of your order being placed then payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. If you send us a quick email with your order details we will work our postage & package costs which can then be added to your order.)

Once we have received your deposit we’ll email you confirming your order details, including delivery date and P&P costs.
There is no minimum order.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all orders. Any outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before the delivery date of your wedding stationery.
If wedding stationery is to be delivered within 6 weeks of order being placed then payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
No orders will be dispatched until final payment has cleared.
Cards by Pam cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.
Any text that needs altering after proofs have been approved will incur extra charges.
Cards by Pam will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns, poems, readings etc. used in the Order of Service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct permission has been obtained.
In the event of an order being cancelled the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If an order is cancelled part way through then all work done that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.
Cancellation of an order must be given in writing.
As all wedding stationery is personalised and handmade to order refunds and exchanges will only be given if the stationery is found to be faulty and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Postage and packing will be charged as follows:
If multiple deliveries are required per order then each delivery will be charged at the appropriate cost as above.
Once all the postage costs have been worked out the customer will be notified by email and the postage charges will be added to their final invoice.
All orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier and all parcels require a signature on receipt.
Cards by Pam cannot accept any responsibility for delay, loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises.
Cards by Pam reserves the right to extend completion/delivery times if queries arise or alterations are to be made.
Cards by Pam only accept sample requests and orders from customers who have a U.K postal address.
