Thank you scrolls and shot glass sweets

by Anonymous

During the lead up to our wedding we had made the decision to try and save as much money as possible, and felt an obvious place to do this was on the wedding favours.

Once we had decided that we wanted scrolls and simple sweet favours it was just a matter of collecting the various raw materials and making them up.

We printed little scrolls with thank you notes to our guests on the excess paper we had left over from making our programs. We rolled them into little scrolls, tied them with ribbon and finished them by attaching little wire flowers,(I think we got these from the pound shop).

We also made small sweet favours by filling plastic shot glasses (six for £1) with love heart sweets. Finally we wrapped the individual shot glasses in cellophane and tied them with a ribbon before attaching a wire flower to each.
